Location: Meridian, MS Description: The Mental Health Counselor provides counseling to offenders, for a diverse and complex caseload, using appropriate methods including case planning and follow-up. Degree in Social Science or related field from accredited university Master's level professional counselor with two years case work and counseling experience. Prior experience in corrections and/or correction facility is highly desirable. Must be emotionally stable, understanding and philosophically attuned to the facility objectives.
