Job Title: Certified Behavior Analyst Company: Location: Kansas City, MO Description: The Higginsville Habilitation Center has an opening for a full-time Certified Behavioral Analyst. The primary duties of this position are designing and implementing behavior support plans for persons with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish maladaptive behaviors in congregate and community based settings. We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and assertive applicants that will be able to contribute to the design of a new, best practices behavior analysis program, train and develop a collaborative team comprised of multiple positions and functions, and provide leadership to implement, monitor and maintain ongoing program effectiveness and integrity.
