Act as an appropriate role model for program clients by demonstrating socially acceptable and age appropriate behaviors. Transport and supervise clients for program activities, medical appointments, court appearances, and emergencies, or for other reasons as assigned. Responsible for maintaining general unit, program and staff offices area cleanliness. Monitoring general appearance of inside and outside of facility. Notification to maintenance or janitorial personnel and supervisor regarding areas that need attention. Complete of record keeping and documentation responsibilities to include but not limited to client behavior, incident reports, use of petty cash, etc. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field highly desired. Educational requirements may be waived with four (4) years experience in a similar program serving severely emotionally disturbed adolescents and/or young adults. Must have one (1) year experience in a residential setting serving severely emotionally disturbed adolescents and/or young adults. Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance from DOJ, FBI, and CACI. Valid CA Driver License in good standing.   Candidates who do not meet the requirements and who do not wish to be on-call will not be considered for this position nor any other position.
