A Bachelor’s Degree is Psychology or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience required. The MHW must possess good interpersonal, critical-thinking and organizational skills. A minimum of one year of related work experience required. Experience in inpatient psychiatric environment or psychiatric triage preferred. BLS certification required. Must be CPI certified or become certified within three months of hire.
