Choices Adolescent Treatment Center is a non profit substance abuse services provider, offering residential substance abuse services statewide. Established in 1992 we are small by design. We are a 16 bed facility whose focus is individualized quality of care. We are located on an 88 acre campus in Marshall, Texas. We offer a continuum of care including residential, outpatient, day treatment, aftercare and family support services.

Choices currently seeks a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor to provide the primary counseling services to male adolescent clients and their families in a residential treatment environment. Services will be provided in Marshall, Texas.

• Performs primary counselor duties to clients and their families to include but are not limited to assessments; development of treatment plans; crisis intervention; group, individual, family and didactic sessions; discharge summary and planning; coordination of treatment services with probation, school and other referral sources.
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of client notes, charts, reports, and other documentation related to the treatment and progress of clients in the program. These reports include but are not limited to individual and weekly progress notes, documentation of attendance and participation in-group, didactics and family sessions. Documentation will include web-based, electronic and/or paper documents.

Solutions For Life is an outpatient, community mental-health and substance-abuse treatment center serving a two-county area with a total population of 14,459 over 6,881 square miles. The main office is in Douglas with satellite offices in Lusk and Glenrock. This position is in Douglas, Wyoming. We are looking for a substance abuse therapist who can treat both adults and adolescents in an outpatient setting including IOP (intensive outpatient program). Two years post-master's experience is a plus.

Need CAC available to conduct group sessions with teenagers 1-2 times per week in a group home setting. Willing to pay $125/session which includes submitting group notes on a format used by the company. Group notes are due no later than one week after the session. Must have proof of current training in subject matter appropriate for teenagers.
