Incumbent is responsible for the complete intake process to include related clinical reminders. The incumbent conducts psychosocial assessments using the Addiction Severity Index (ASI) interview. The incumbent works with the veteran to develop treatment plans and offers psychosocial interventions and measures outcome during treatment plan review. The incumbent is skilled in providing individual and group psychotherapy and psycho educational groups. The incumbent routinely makes referrals to both internal and external resources to coordinate extended care and additional supportive resources for the Veteran and their family.
