Join Our Team as a Professional Counselor in Nashville, TN!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the mental health field?

We provide mental health services to cognizent elderly patients who reside in assisted living facilities. We are currently seeking a Professional Counselor (LPS - MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in person and provide essential mental health services to our community.

We have locations in Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Eastern TN (Johnson City, Bristol, Hendersonville, and Kingsport).

In this role, you will be a 1099 employee and will have complete freedom to select your own schedule, including days and hours. You will also have the freedom to work any amount of hours you choose.

It is like being your own boss, while we handle all your administrative tasks like insurance processing, coding and billing, freeing you up to be able to focus strictly on providing therapy to clients.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Perform psychosocial assessments to identify mental health concerns
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families
• Deliver family therapy sessions to improve relationships and communication

Required Skills:

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and clinical documentation
• Proficiency in providing individual and group counseling
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment options

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in marriage and family therapy
• Ability to conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Knowledge of anxiety disorders and effective treatment approaches
• Previous experience in group counseling settings
• Understanding of behavioral health interventions

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of 50/hr.
