Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and psychiatric evaluations to individuals of all ages
• Facilitate group counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey
• Develop treatment plans and interventions to address mental health and substance abuse issues
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients
• Utilize telehealth services to reach clients in remote locations

Required Skills:

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or equivalent
• Experience in anxiety, mental health, and substance abuse counselingm
• Proficiency in group counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to provide telehealth services and discharge planning

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in trauma-informed care
• Knowledge of outpatient mental health services
• Background in psychiatry and addictions counseling

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $58,500.00
• Maximum Salary: $68,260.00
