Join Our Team as a Licensed Counselor for Couples & Sex Therapy (Hybrid)

As a licensed counselor with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions for couples seeking therapy
• Develop treatment plans and interventions to address clients' mental health and relationship issues
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of therapy for each client
• Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions as needed
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients

Required Skills:

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or equivalent
• Experience in anxiety, mental health, and group counseling
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance abuse interventions
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and crisis intervention
• Ability to work with diverse populations and trauma survivors

Nice to Have Skills:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Experience in psychiatry and addictions counseling
• Proficiency in discharge planning and outpatient therapy

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $47,350.00
• Maximum Salary: $78,230.00
