We have full time opporuntities available for Group Facilitators in either our Swansea or Mashpee clinics!

The Group Facilitator works in our Adult Day Program division. They are responsible for providing professional psychotherapy services and Case Management for all consumers admitted to Partial Hospital, SOAP, and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

  • Duties Include: 

    -Provide crisis management assessments within the Program as needed.
    -Engage consumer in the program through monitoring of individual schedules, team and individual meetings to ensure
    appropriate treatment commitment 80% or better.
    -Engage consumers in the program through outreach visits, monitoring of individual schedules, team, individual and
    family meetings
    -Provide individual and family consultations to consumers as needed
    -Attend treatment planning meetings and UR/MDT as needed
    -Work with Program Director and staff to create new curriculum for groups as needed
    -Conduct intake assessments as requested by the Program Director
    -Attend Collateral meetings, Family Meetings and conduct home based outreach on an as needed basis
    -Make referrals to community resources.


    *LCSW/ LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license preferred, but not required
    *Group therapy experience a plus
    *Ability to utilize a computer and electric medical record software

  • Master’s Degree and license eligible within 90 days.
