Located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in the scenic Pacific Northwest, Innercept, LLC is a residential and transition treatment program designed to serve adolescents and young adults from around the country with a complex set of diagnoses and symptoms. Based on holistic principles, the Innercept program and it's Integrative Medicine nursing staff utilizes Integral Psychology to provide an innovative treatment approach compatible with each individual’s needs.

By applying principles of Integral Psychology to residential treatment, Innercept seeks to address all aspects of a resident’s overall well-being, including nutrition, exercise, time in nature, sleep, and relaxation. Rather than focusing on diagnoses, our program focuses on level of functioning and incorporating attainable therapeutic lifestyle changes to create a balanced life.

As a therapist in one of the nation’s premier residential treatment centers for adolescents and young adults, you will experience the luxury of wrap-around support for your work with students and families. Augmentation for your therapeutic work will come from teams such as education/vocation, medical/nursing, wellness, program leadership, as well as process and didactic groups facilitated by fellow therapists and health personnel.

Our residents come from around the country, and the globe, with a complex set of diagnoses and symptoms. You play a central role in managing each client’s overall treatment while working closely with our treatment team to help residents to:

  • Implement individualized therapeutic lifestyle changes
  • Create and attain personal goals
  • Improve healthy coping skills, and increase overall functioning within the community

Our clinical approach includes small caseloads with intensive therapeutic interventions. Our ideal applicant will be able to model a healthy lifestyle, lead, and partner with teammates in implementing treatments, be innovative in designing therapeutic interventions and foster treatment alliances with families, educational consultants, and other professionals.

Innercept, LLC, located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is seeking a full-time masters level therapist who is fully licensed or license eligible in the state of Idaho. Previous experience working with young people in a residential treatment setting is strongly preferred. Principle duties will include treatment planning, individual, group, and family therapy, and liaison work with referral sources.
