• Provide individual and group counseling to address personal, academic, and social challenges.

• Develop and implement programs to support students' mental health and well-being.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create personalized education plans.

• Offer guidance on academic planning, career exploration, and post-secondary opportunities.

• Intervene in crisis situations, providing support and referrals as needed.

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and monitor progress.

• Advocate for students' needs and work to reduce barriers to learning.

• Maintain compliance with district policies and confidentiality standards.

• Masters degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid state of CA certification or licensure in school counseling.

• Valid PPS Credential
