?o Knowledge and use of the clinical process to facilitate consumer recovery and achieve outcomes. This shall include: evaluation/assessment; service/treatment planning, intervention technique(s); and after care/transition planning.
?o Availability for face-to-face and telephonic coverage shall be on a 24 hour/ 7 day per week basis.
?o Service sites will be at any location the consumer or family need services.
?o Ensure that services are based on models/techniques that are considered best/evidence based practice(s) as defined by the NC Division of MH/DD/SA, Purchasers of Service, and True Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. Examples include: Recovery, Cognitive-Behavioral, Person Centered Planning, Strengths Based, and/or wrap-around ACTT services.
?o Documentation shall maintain compliance with organizational policy/procedure, purchaser of service requirements (NC Division of MH/DD/SA, DMA/Medicaid, Pathways LME); and accrediting/regulatory bodies (DFS, CARF, and NC Statute/ASPM rules). May be assigned primary case/service record responsibility for assigned consumers.
?o Use of a community based team approach that utilizes the resources of the community, consumer, and treatment team, to achieve positive consumer outcomes.
3. Shall provide marketing/outreach to community organizations and other referral sources. Marketing and outreach services shall not exceed two hours monthly, unless additional hours are approved by supervisor.
?o Activities may include attending/participating in community meetings/activities with the goal of increasing referrals, providing education and information regarding behavioral health disorders, programs, and services, and working with the community stakeholders to design new and improved behavioral health therapy services.
4. Shall attend assigned training and continuing education to maintain credentialing and privileging, to include, but not limit to:
?o NC Credentialing as a qualified professional
?o Annual Training (NCI, CPR, First Aid, Infection Control, Medication Administration and Seizure Annual Management, Consumer Rights)
?o Employee Ethics and Corporate Compliance
?o Crisis Management and Response
?o Service Record and Billing Documentation
?o Evidence Based Practices to include: Person Centered Planning and other training as defined by the Clinical Director.
?o DMH approved ACTT service definition training, which includes six hours of Person Centered Thinking, three hours of PCP development.
5. Shall demonstrate the ability to work/be a part of organizationa and therapeutic teams, and maintain positive working relationships with consumers, community stakeholders, referral organizations, and other employees/departments of True Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.
