They will also participate in the development  of curriculum/schedule for Detoxification residents  and the maintenance of clinical records. Principle function  is to assist residents of the unit to maintain and strengthen  their commitment to sobriety and function as lead supervisor  when assigned.  REQUIREMENTS:  Either significant work  experience or graduation from an accredited college  or university with course work in substance abuse, psychology,  or sociology and at least one year of supervisory experience  managing the provision of services in a substance abuse  treatment program.   Preference will be given  to candidates with experience in residential detoxification  and post detoxification services and/or certification  as a Substance Abuse Counselor.
