Community Provider of Enrichment Services, Inc. (CPES) is a leading behavioral health specialty provider in Arizona. The Licensed Psychologist leads a team of psychologists and other clinicians who provide excellent services in a variety of settings, including clients’ homes in remote areas. This position performs highly specialized licensed professional work conducting psychological evaluations for participants enrolled in level II behavioral health programs managed by CPES. Outpatient psychological evaluations and assessments may also be conducted in the community, including Department of Child Safety referrals, court referrals, and general consultation and counseling services. The ideal candidate will have an interest in overseeing the expansion of services beyond current offerings, for example, in the areas of commercial insurance and private pay services. The Licensed Psychologist is committed to the growth and development of other licensed and unlicensed behavioral health clinicians under his/her supervision, reviewing their written work and ensuring compliance with all billing and utilization management requirements.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Graduation from an accredited university with a Ph.D or Ed.D. in psychology, counseling or directly related field and a minimum of two years of directly related clinical experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in clinical supervision is preferred.
  • Must be a licensed psychologist in the State of Arizona, or able to obtain licensure within the first month of hire.
  • Must successfully clear a criminal background check and a DCS Central Registry Check.
  • State of Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card.
  • A valid Arizona Class D driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
