Reporting to the Unit Nurse Manager, the Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor will oversee the evening shift operations for the psychiatric department. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating staff schedules, implementing treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state or ability to obtain
• Progressive clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
• Prior leadership experience highly desirable
