Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

HealthPartners Regions Behavioral Health Clinics in Woodbury is seeking a master's level therapist to join our growing team and provide excellent patient care. Positions include child therapists, adolescent therapists, family therapists, and adult therapists.

At our Behavioral Health Clinic, service excellence is to be centered on patient care and patient relationships, and teamwork is the norm and all employees will be held accountable to work as effective team members. The person in this position provides mental health assessments and psychotherapeutic treatment, establishes treatment plans that may include coordination with other professional services, provides consultation and education about behavioral health issues and treatment, and performs other duties as assigned. They may work with patients of all ages.

Here we offer a flexible, hybrid work setting where you can choose the number of days to work onsite or from your home office. We have an incredible administrative support team to help our providers focus on providing excellent patient care. We also value and support clinical growth by offering continuing education funds and days away from work. We have several providers who can offer support, consultation, and training in a number of clinical areas, including trans and gender diverse therapy and letter writing, PCIT, Play therapy, EMDR, AIR Network, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. We also cover your licensing dues.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 1.0 FTE, Hybrid Model

Required Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in a recognized behavioral health field.

Experience: Two years of supervised clinical experience with a broad range of presenting problems and therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.

Licensure: Licensed to practice independently as a mental health professional in Minnesota as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC.
