Abilityto determine appropriate fit for individual/clients services. Ability tocollaborate with clients to write and review treatment plans. Ability toprovide support for acute mental health concerns, and safety planning asneeded. Ability to complete timely and accurate documentation ofservices provided. Ability to collaborate with primary care providersand other health professionals to promote an integrated approach tomental and physical health care. Responsibilities may include programdevelopment, professional education, and the promotion of communityeducation, and mental health awareness. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience as a therapist in a social work,health care or outpatient setting. Efficient organizational skills.Proficient in maintaining accurate notes and records. Proficient incommunication technologies (email, cell phone, etc.).Interest/experience in working with children and teens and willingnessto provide services in school based settings.
