Essential Requirements

• Licensed to practice Mental Health in New York (LMHC)
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic skills
• High work ethic, coupled with a genuine passion for therapy and the healing process
• Outstanding integrity, honesty, and dedication to serving the community
• Committed to a full-time schedule, completing 30 direct service hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Proactively manage scheduling, openings, and cancellations through our online platform
• Conduct initial intakes
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, managing weekly sessions and treatment
• Complete SOAP notes for each session
• Maintain a private, quiet space to conduct therapy sessions
• Participate in biweekly peer counseling sessions and monthly professional development workshops
