Psychotherapist and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our

patients and their families. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you\'ll

be a fully licensed, dually credentialed Masters level provider,

delivering clinical behavioral health services and coordinating care

across various programs within our organization. What You\'ll Do:

Clinical Expertise: Utilize your expertise to work with children,

adolescents, couples, and families, conducting clinical assessments of

behavioral health conditions with a special emphasis on the Hispanic

culture. Supportive Environment: Establish a caring environment by

providing emotional and psychological support to our diverse patient

population, particularly those in the Hispanic community. Community

Engagement: Facilitate mental health presentations, participate in

outreach activities, and collaborate with primary care providers to

recognize, treat, and manage mental disorders and psychosocial problems

efficiently. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, documenting

initial intake evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in

compliance with regulations and standards. Team Collaboration: Work

collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, attending meetings and

participating in Quality Improvement activities as required.

tailored to bilingual individuals and families. Engage in and facilitate

mental health education sessions for community partners. Collaborate

closely with primary care providers to ensure integrated, effective

management of psychological and emotional health. Maintain rigorous

documentation and compliance with state standards and regulations.

Requirements: Master\'s Degree in social work, counseling, or

psychology. Possess a license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
