Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving improved mental health and functioning.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs.Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health issues, and treatment options.Qualifications:Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the practicing state.Experience in clinical therapy and mental health treatment preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Work Environment:Office, school, or telehealth settings.
