Clinical Program Supervisor - Behavioral Health Consultants
- Salary Range: $76,565 - $91,874 annually, based on relevant years of experience
- Location: Fort Collins, Colorado which includes regular travel to Loveland, Colorado
- Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week variable daytime hours
Role Overview :
Responsible for providing active leadership to Behavioral Health Consultants within highly collaborative integrated medical outpatient teams to ensure the successful operation of clinical service lines. In collaboration with management and staff, the Clinical Program Supervisor will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline clinical services and workflows and establish standards and processes which ensure organizational resources are being utilized to optimal levels.
The Clinical Program Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to clinicians (Behavioral Health Consultants) at Centre, Orchards, and Wilson locations and will report to a clinical manager. This position will also help to de-escalate clients, will be the acting leader when a clinical manager is not present, will provide crisis assessments and onsite clinical support and will assist in managing personnel issues. This position includes collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams across systems and levels of care.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for administratively supervising clinical staff at Longview.
- Prepares team(s) for new workflows and processes.
- Responsible for on-site leadership, which includes providing crisis intervention, attending to needs of staff within the building, and problem solving between treatment team members.
- Direct client care and team coverage for individual and group services.
Required:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from an accredited college or university with LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAC licensure.
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in the behavioral health field required.
- 1-3 years of experience in supervising clinicians who treat clients with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders required.
Highly Desired:
- Prior experience providing administrative or clinical supervision to masters level clinicians preferred
- Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
- CAS, CAT, or LAC preferred
- Dual Licensure (LAC) preferred
- Strong knowledge of community resources, case management, medical social work practices and/or care coordination services preferred
- Integrated Care experience to include working within a medical setting highly preferred
