School Psychologist Full-Time Galloway, OH

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed and compassionate School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Galloway, Ohio. This is a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic success and emotional well-being of K-12 students by providing essential psychological and mental health services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, social, and emotional development

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to assist in the development of IEPs and determine eligibility for special education services

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students emotional and behavioral needs

• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to develop and implement data-driven, evidence-based interventions

• Support school-wide crisis prevention and response initiatives

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

• Valid Ohio School Psychologist License

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

• Strong skills in assessment, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
