The Role:

• Provide individual therapy using your unique style and clinical expertise.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation with the support of streamlined systems.
• Engage creatively with your clients to help them meet their goals.
• Collaborate with an awesome team thats passionate about filling the gaps in mental health care.
• Full-time therapists carry a caseload of 28-30 billable sessions per week (part-time options available at 18 sessions per week ).
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Fully licensed mental health professionals in Maryland: LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, PsyD, or PhD.
• Masters or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation.
• Strong boundaries, a collaborative spirit, and a heart for helping others.
• A sense of humor! (Seriously, we think its essential.)
