Are you a compassionate, licensed School Psychologist eager to create meaningful changewithout the hassle of commuting? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic virtual team supporting K-12 students across Virginia. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work comfortably from your home while empowering students to excel academically, emotionally, and socially. As a vital member of our collaborative team, you'll partner closely with families, educators, and school staff via a secure teletherapy platform to deliver impactful, data-driven psychological services that truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual psychoeducational assessments to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. Play a critical role in crafting and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans tailored to each student's unique strengths and goals. Provide teletherapy counseling and mental health support to students navigating academic or personal challenges. Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor individualized interventions. Track and analyze student progress using data to refine supports and enhance outcomes. Lead and actively participate in virtual IEP meetings, sharing expert insights and actionable recommendations. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Current, valid Virginia licensure/certification as a School Psychologist. Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience in school-based settings. Experience with virtual assessments and teletherapy platforms is a strong plus. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven and confident working independently in a fully remote environment. Technology Requirements High-speed, reliable internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
