Columbus City Schools is looking for a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to support K12 students through targeted evaluation, behavioral planning, and collaboration with school teams. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a real difference by identifying student needs and ensuring proper interventions.
Position Summary:
Youll work with school staff and families to assess learning and behavioral needs, participate in IEP processes, and support students emotional and academic development through individualized strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and interpret psychoeducational assessments
Develop reports and recommendations to support student learning
Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
Provide counseling and behavioral consultation
Support school-wide MTSS and RTI initiatives
Maintain documentation and comply with district standards
Required Qualifications:
Masters or Ed.S. in School Psychology
Valid Ohio School Psychologist License (ODE-issued)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong understanding of behavioral strategies, assessments, and student services
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Information:
Type: Full-time, onsite
Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours
Caseload: K12 (site and focus may vary)
