Columbus School Psychologist Opportunity Promote Student Mental Wellness & Growth

Position Highlights:
This school-based position includes conducting assessments, collaborating with IEP teams, and implementing strategies to support students in general and special education. Youll serve as both an evaluator and a counselor, helping schools respond to student needs with clarity and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns

• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop and review goals

• Deliver counseling services and mental health support as needed

• Consult with teachers and staff to develop positive behavior interventions

• Support implementation of RTI and MTSS frameworks

• Maintain thorough records and contribute to school improvement plans

Qualifications:

• Masters or Ed.S. in School Psychology

• Active Ohio Department of Education School Psychologist License

• Experience in K12 educational settings preferred

• Knowledge of assessment tools, legal requirements, and intervention strategies

• Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Role Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, school hours

• Caseload: K12 (varies by building or program)
