Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Groveport, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday
Start Date: August 2025 (or ASAP availability)
School Year: 20252026
Overview:
A school-based BCBA is needed in Groveport, Ohio to provide behavioral assessment, support, and consultation services for students with a range of behavioral and developmental needs. The BCBA will work as part of a collaborative special education team, supporting students across K12 settings in one or more district schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide training and coaching to school staff on the implementation of behavior strategies
Analyze behavior data and make recommendations to support student progress
Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in eligibility and review meetings
Monitor implementation fidelity of BIPs and provide regular updates to the team
Support students with ASD, ED, and other behavioral/emotional needs
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Must hold (or be eligible for) Ohio Department of Education pupil services licensure or other applicable credentials for school-based practice
Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
Strong communication, data analysis, and team collaboration skills required
Additional Details:
Caseload and building assignments based on district needs
May serve multiple schools within the Groveport area
Full-time with competitive hourly or salaried compensation
Mileage reimbursement if traveling between sites
