Peninsula Community Health Services seeks Licensed Mental Health Counselor Assoc w/ Master's in Clinical Psych or rltd & 1 yr exp to support & closely coord mental health care w/ student's PCP & other treating mental health providers. Monitor patients for changes in clinical sympts & treatment side effects or complics. Create & facilitate treatmnt plans for patients & make any nec changes for those not improving as expected & collab w/ their PCP & psych specialist. Collab w/ teachers, admins, & parents to help students address behavioral health needs. Deliver classroom guidance lessons on topics, such as bullying, suicide prevent & discuss substance use disorders. Assess, diagnose, & treat mental & emotional disorders of individs through observ, interview, & psychtests. Work location is Bremerton, WA.
