Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Position: Full time Male K-12 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Location: Upland , PA Position Type: Full time 30/hrs a week Contract: 8/12/25 - 6/2/26 Hourly Pay: 25-28/hr based on experience Benefits: Weekly Pay Competitive compensation package Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills Assist in reducing problematic behaviors in a school settings for students Proficient in Moderate and Severe Behavior Caseloads, De-escalation, providing emotional/academic support, and Behavior redirection.
