Clinical Therapist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Clinical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality mental health counseling, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards
• Collaborate with other providers and community resources to support client needs
• Stay informed on current best practices and participate in professional development opportunities
• Uphold ethical standards and cultural sensitivity in all interactions

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Current California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (or registered associate under supervision)
• Experience in trauma-informed care, marriage counseling, and family systems preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Comfort with electronic health records and telehealth platforms

  Preferred Skills

• Specialized training in CBT, EMDR, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities
• Experience working with grief, depression, anxiety, and family reunification
• Bilingual proficiency a plus
