What Youll Do:
  • Serve as the first impression of our teamresponding to employment inquiries in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.

  • Drive creative and effective recruitment strategies both online and throughout the community.

  • Interview applicants and oversee the complete hiring process, ensuring each new hire meets our Home Instead standards.

  • Manage and facilitate background checks, drug screens, reference verification, and motor vehicle checks for all CAREPros.

  • Lead new hire orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure CAREPros are confident, prepared, and inspired.

  • Cultivate CAREPro engagement and retention by addressing the five core CAREPro needs and offering ongoing support.

  • Conduct annual reviews, provide performance feedback, and address concerns with professionalism and care.

  • Collaborate closely with the Scheduling Department to create meaningful, high-quality matches between CAREPros and clients.

  • Lead disciplinary procedures and terminations when needed, with fairness and thoughtful judgment.

  • Organize and execute CAREPro events, appreciation activities, and training opportunities to foster a thriving team culture.

  • Assist with on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.

  • Regularly review and update training materials to align with the latest Home Instead standards.

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in a caregiving, healthcare, or customer-focused environment.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities and attend occasional after-hours events.
