Part-Time M365 Project Suite Administrator

Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred)

Clearance: Public Trust

This program requires US Citizenship

  • Year 1: ~992 hours

  • Year 2: ~248 hours

Were seeking a M365 Project Suite Administrator to support a strategic deployment of Microsoft Project within the broader Microsoft 365 Planner Suite (including Planner and To Do). This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours and potential for remote work. The role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and a passion for scalable, secure project management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment and integration of Microsoft Project across the enterprise

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with organizational goals

  • Configure Microsoft Project environments and establish usage policies

  • Integrate Microsoft Project with Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform

  • Support governance, performance evaluation, and optimization

  • Define enterprise-wide standards for Planner Suite usage

  • Ensure role-based access control and operational security

  • Guide cross-functional teams in workflow design and implementation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Technical, Management, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration

  • Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Project Manager Associate

  • Modern Desktop Administrator

  • Teams Administrator Associate

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate / Range: $40-43/hr

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the positions responsibilities; the candidates experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
