ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

Schedule is: afternoons, evenings, weekends - schedule is flexible

Hourly rate starting at $20.00 for Behavior Technician / $26 for RBT.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with children (typically ages 3–20) implementing individualized support
plans
Utilize evidence-based procedures and proven ABA strategies to help clients develop
new skills
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using electronic systems and share
meaningful insights with your supervising BCBA
Collaborate closely with families and clinical team members to ensure progress is on
track
Participate in team training, case reviews, and ongoing supervision
Bring energy, compassion, and good vibes to every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
• Valid Driver’s license
• Negative drug screen
• Use of personal vehicle for work purposes
• Commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)- preferred
• Three years of experience in the field of Human Services.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Prior experience working with individuals with complex behavioral needs.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities.
• Demonstrated history of quality work performance and teamwork in previous positions
