- Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Average 12-16 patients per day
- 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
- Team shared phone call for established patients only
- Fulltime, permanent
- EPIC EMR
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (325k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
