Qualifications
  • Education: Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Certification: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a mental health setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication, crisis management, and therapeutic intervention abilities.
