Job Overview

• Register patients and verify eligibility
• Collect and post payments, handle deposits and change
• Assist with patient transportation, security, and wayfinding
• Deliver amenities, gifts, and thank-you cards
• Coordinate with staff for bed placement and admissions
• Resolve billing and registration issues
• Perform COVID screening and registration tasks

Required Certification/License/Experience:

Completion of High School or GED is required.

Preferred Certification/License/Experience: Knowledge of the health care revenue cycle is preferred. Understanding insurance is a plus.
