Overview

The Director of Behavioral Health serves as the leader of behavioral health operations within the Commercial Health Plan. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of behavioral health services, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with physical health services. The Director drives program performance, strategic initiatives, and value-based outcomes.

Education
  • Master's degree or higher: Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related (Required)

Certification/Licensure
  • LCSW
  • LPC
  • PhD
  • PsyD

Experience
  • 5 years management or leadership experience in Behavioral Health.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program development, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
