Mental Health ClinicianNew Hire Bonus $6,000!This position serves clients in Lowell and surrounding areas including Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Lowell, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro, Westford. Ask me about my other locations! Are you passionate, self-motivated, and committed about sharing your clinical skills and knowledge with a dynamic team? Our Masters Level Clinicians provide home and community-based mental health, behavioral, and/or substance use services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. These are self-scheduling, Monday-Friday, days, and after-school hours.Responsibilities:

Lead individual, family, couples and group therapyConduct client intake sessionsFacilitate crisis interventionConduct case managementParticipate in multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatmentOpen to outreach, meeting people where they are

Qualifications:

Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or related degreeMaster's in Social Work must have their LCSW per MassHealth regulationsMust have completed a full-time clinical internship in a mental health settingMust be license eligible by the State of MassachusettsValid driver's license in good standingExceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quicklyA good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidanceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsA reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approachA commitment to quality in everything you do

Compensation:Unlicensed- $60,000 base salary for 25 hours/week productivity. Quarterly productivity bonuses of $500-4000 for 26+ productivity hours/week average.Licensed- $65,000 base salary for 25 hours/week productivity. Quarterly productivity bonuses of $1000-6000 for 26+ productivity hours/week average.
