Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse learners, families, and educators
  • Proficient in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments in school settings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students with behavioral challenges
