Position Details:

Full-Time

Locations: Culver City/Van Nuys/Inglewood

Key Responsibilities

Provide under Director's supervision, administrative oversight in the Wraparound or FSP Department.

Supervise Therapist, Therapy Interns, Case Managers, Administrative Staff, and Parent Partners as assigned.

Provide individual and/or family therapy to Wraparound or FSP clients.

Provide group training and Supervision as advised.

Oversee compliance with agency policy for supervisees

Provide 24 hour availability and crisis intervention to supervisees as well as clients on an as-needed basis.

Interview prospective staff for Wraparound or FSP positions.

Work closely with Client Services Quality Assurance Director to ensure documentation requirements are met.

Participate in supervisor s meetings, Wraparound staff meetings, agency-wide meetings, utilization review meetings and in-service training

Comply with applicable professional licensing or certification requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications

MA, MSW, MFT, LCSW, Psy.D. or Ph.D. in psychology, counseling, social work or related field, valid California clinical license

Valid CA Driver License

Minimum three years of experience in community-based social service program, specific to emotionally disturbed children and adults.

Minimum two years administrative experience in designing and implementing treatment programs, knowledge of and skills in areas of individual, group and family therapy

Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services.

Knowledge of the community.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
