In this role, youll work directly with children, adolescents, and adults through 1:1 ABA therapy, helping develop essential life, communication, and social skills, all while benefiting from a reliable full-time schedule, handson training, and clear career growth opportunities.

Pay : $19 $24 / hour

Schedule :

  • Consistent scheduling with predictable weekly expectations
  • Monday Friday (Saturdays available)
  • This is an InHome position that involves working 1:1 with children and families in their own homes and community settings.

*Benefits available for Full-Time employees after 90 days and maintaining an average of 30 hours / week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting
  • Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
  • Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Submit session notes and documentation as required
  • Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
  • Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
  • Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
  • Travel between session locations as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • RBT certification preferred well help you get certified if you arent already!
  • Prior ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and car insurance
  • Must be able to pass background checks
  • Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
