Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience providing behavior analytic services within a school environment strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses for students with diverse needs
• Design and implement data-driven, individualized behavior intervention plans

• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing observations and recommendations during IEP meetings
