What You'll Do
Conduct screenings and assessments to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
Provide group and individual counseling for individuals with substance use disorders
Contribute to treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation
Collect and analyze service data to support program success
Assist with reporting for contracts, grants, and accreditation requirements
Prepare individuals for discharge, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care
What We're Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree in a human services field or High School diploma with related experience (Required)
Experience
Background in providing substance use disorder counseling (Preferred)
Licenses/Certifications
Eligible for licensure/certification as required by the state (Required)
Completion of client-mandated certifications and/or training (Required)
