Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RBT certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior analysis services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support students by implementing individualized plans and interventions
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Assist with classroom management and integration of behavioral supports
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training/professional development
