Qualifications/Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or students, particularly those with behavioral needs
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA or supervising clinician
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one or group behavioral support to students under supervision
• Implement individualized behavioral interventions consistently and according to plan
• Collect, organize, and update data on student progress as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and supervisors to monitor and adjust behavior plans
• Maintain professional and positive interactions with students, colleagues, and families
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as assigned
