Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Hamilton, OH

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification is required
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans preferred
• Background working with children or adolescents, especially in a school setting, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain detailed records and confidentiality
• Flexible, adaptable, and organized
• Commitment to promoting an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions based on student needs
• Collect data and maintain accurate records regarding student progress and behavior
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and support staff to follow behavior plans
• Support students in developing social, communication, and adaptive skills
• Use evidence-based practices to reinforce positive behaviors and encourage student participation
• Provide regular feedback to supervising staff on interventions and outcomes
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for all learners
