Two or more years of experience working with students who struggle behaviorally.

Proven ability to implement effective classroom management and de-escalation techniques.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high-level problem-solving mindset.

Active listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate courteously and effectively with students, faculty, and families.

High self-control, stress tolerance, and the ability to maintain composure and compassion in difficult or emotionally explosive situations.

Strong commitment to equitable, inclusive educational practices and an exemplary work ethic.

Please apply via SchoolSpring with a letter of interest, resume, and three current letters of reference.
