The work you do directly informs diagnoses, guides treatment, and shapes outcomes across psychiatry, therapy, and neuropsychological care. This is not a back-office role. This is where insight begins. What You'll Do Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments under the supervision of a licensed Psychologist Conduct testing across cognitive, academic, personality, and behavioral domains Accurately score and document results with precision and consistency Observe and document patient behavior during testing sessions Prepare testing materials and ensure proper administration protocols are followed Collaborate with Psychologists to support diagnostic clarity and reporting Coordinate testing schedules with clinical and front office teams Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, compliance, and ethical testing standards What You Bring (Must-Have) Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a closely related field Hands-on experience administering psychological or neuropsychological assessments or relevant internship/training exposure Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow structured protocols without deviation Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday What Sets You Apart (Preferred) Master's degree in Psychology or related field Experience in outpatient mental health or neuropsychological settings Familiarity with assessments such as WAIS, WISC, MMPI, Conners, and similar tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations What Success Looks Like Consistent accuracy in test administration and scoring Efficient, well-managed testing sessions with minimal delays Strong collaboration with Psychologists and clinical teams A calm, professional, patient-centered testing environment Reliable execution of protocols without oversight Compensation $23 - $28/hour , based on experience Performance-based increases tied to accuracy, efficiency, and clinical feedback Opportunities for growth within psychological testing and clinical operations Why My Psychiatrist Physician-led, purpose-driven organization Integrated care model (Psychiatry, Therapy, TMS, Psychological Testing) Rapidly growing across Florida with real opportunity for advancement Structured environment designed to support both patients and team members A team that values precision, accountability, and meaningful work Final Thought The quality of care doesn't start in the exam room.
