This role offers a 32.5-hour workweek, spanning from August 2026 through May 2027. Key responsibilities include supervising three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the school district, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with teachers to align therapy goals with student needs. Regular meetings with educational staff and parents are essential to ensure effective communication and progress monitoring.
